Mainstream is growing and we are looking for an outstanding HVAC Install Apprentice and Lead HVAC Installer to join our team!

Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in Residential HVAC Install, including hands-on training and or work.
- EPA certification and 06A card with knowledge of applicable installation and venting codes.
- Valid driver’s license and be insurable.
- Strong desires to be a better installer tomorrow than you are today.
- Help lead, train and educate apprentice Installers
Job Duties:
- A positive attitude, a passion for trade & enjoys making a difference in our community!!
- Knowledge of HVAC codes and proper application; knowledge of proper electrical and HVAC safety.
- Inspect and tests systems to verify compliance with plans and specifications and to detect and locate malfunctions.
- Install, connect, and adjust thermostats, humidistats, and timers, using hand tools.
- Complete all HVAC system installations efficiently and accurately; make customers happy
