Service Plumber:
The Good Stuff:
- $80k-$140k per year
- Medical, Dental, Vision (Free medical plan option for employee)
- 401k with company match

- Limited On-Call: Emergencies Only
What you need:
- A Journeyman 01 or 02 or Masters Plumbing License in WA or ID
- Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years
- Ability to guide and train an apprentice
- Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
- Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer
- Experience with plumbing repair including: leak location, tankless water heaters, water filtration, tank type water heaters, all types of plumbing fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement
Install Plumber:
The Good Stuff:
- $30-35/hr or commission - whichever is greater
- Medical, Dental, Vision (Free medical plan option for employee)
- 401k with company match
- PTO and Paid Holidays
- Company Provided Truck, Phone, and iPad, and Uniforms
What you need:
- A Journeyman or Masters Plumbing License
