Mainstream is growing and we are looking for an outstanding HVAC Service Technician to join our team!

- Compensation: $70-140k+ per year based on experience (Hourly + Uncapped Commission & Spiffs)

Job Requirements:
- 2+ years industry experience
- 1+ years of residential service experience working with customers in their homes
- Sales experience
- 06A Training Card (electrical apprentice)
- EPA Universal Certifications
- Clear Background Check, Non – Reckless Driving History.
- High integrity with advanced social skills and the ability to make solid connections with colleagues and customers.
- Safety is always on your mind. Whether it be on the road, or in the field.
- A “Do It Right The First Time!” attitude.
Job Duties:
- Serve customers with a positive attitude and are excited to get to work each day!
- Use industry experience to diagnose and repair HVAC systems.
- Provide solutions to every customer and assist them with making the best decision for their home and family.
